A few simple things that keep every appointment calm, fair and on time.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service, payable via EFT.
Running late
Arriving late cuts into your appointment time, and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
No additional guests
Due to limited space and to keep the studio a relaxing environment, guests can't accompany clients during appointments.
Arrive lash-ready
Please arrive without any eye makeup, and don't curl your lashes on the day of your appointment.
Aftercare
Dee will talk you through caring for your new set at your appointment — and she stocks lash cleanser to keep them flawless between visits.
